Crafty Beggars Rocked a Mr J early show on 6th of November. We caught up with them to ask a few questions so you could learn more about what exactly floats there boats
Steve McCarthy - 24 - Ireland.
Q: Where are you from?
A: Blackrock, but currently living in Glasnevin.
Q: Are you studying?
A: Not anymore but i did study Animation at Ballyfermot.
Q: How would you describe yourself as an artist?
A: An Illustrator, and a Gentleman.
Q: What kind of style is your illustration?
A: Whimsical. I am influenced by Childrens books, Klimt, Egon Schiele and Alan Clarke.
Q: What do you use for your creations?
A: Gouache, Ink, Computers, Bits & Bobs.
Q: What are your thoughts on the Dublin art scene?
A: I think its developing and inproving quite a lot. Theres many groups of atists and in such a small place, they fast become friends and collaborators.
Q: What can we expect on the night?
A: No idea, probably some live stuff, T-shirts.
Q: Peanut Butter or Jelly?
A: Why would you choose between the two?
