Baile Funk's Not Dead

It's been a few years since Diplo dropped his Favela on Blast promo mix, Bonde Do Role have had some crossover success and even their own MTV show back in their native Brazil and all seems to be little quiet on the Baile Funk scene. I've never really gone off the sound, I still listen to that Diplo mix a lot in work, Gaiola das Popozudas are on heavy rotation on my iPod and I'm seriously getting into the more uptemo Kuduro sound that's been knocking about lately. So too have Zombie Disco Squad. Two DJs from London who've been making waves with their Get Rude club night of late. They've let the likes of Fake Blood, Miss Odd Kid, Round Table Knights, Boy 8 Bit and, one of my favorite producers, Mowgli fiddle with the faders at Get Rude. I picked up the mix below around June or so but thought I'd share it now. I personally think it's got one up on Diplo's mix, not least coz it's twice as long, but it's got less of them annoying novelty Baile beats on it (Vanessinha's 'Pega Pega' seriously pisses me off).
